It was only a matter of time before the unaccountable “leadership” at Denver Public Schools would have to answer in court, again, for its reckless, oblivious and ludicrous indifference to campus safety.
Last week, the comeuppance involved the near-fatal shootings of two deans by an armed student at East High School in 2023. Veteran educators Eric Sinclair and Wayne Mason, who miraculously survived that assault, filed suit on Friday against the district and school board in Denver District Court.
