Redfin, a real estate service, released a new study looking at the “hottest” neighborhoods in 2025 , which included the areas where homes are selling quickly and for more money.

Nationwide, the top 10 hottest neighborhoods are in midwestern metros like Prospect Heights, New York and Jenison, Michigan, as Redfin found that people are looking for affordable housing with an easy commute.
Locally, neighborhoods in Adams and Jefferson County are considered the hottest in the Denver metro.
