With a population of around 1,700, the town boasts a remarkable median income of $248,984, according to GOBankingRates. While cities like New York and Los Angeles are known for their high costs of living, many wealthy individuals prefer smaller towns like Columbine Valley to settle in, offering a quieter lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle.

GOBankingRates compiled the list by analyzing U.S. Census Bureau income data for towns with populations between 500 and 15,000. This excludes Alaska due to insufficient data.
