Final suspect pleads guilty in death of teen girl

DENVER — The final suspect arrested in the 2022 killing of a 17-year-old girl in Denver pleaded guilty and will spend decades behind bars.

Jasmine Rivas-Hernandez was found dead in an alley in the 1500 block of North Quebec Street on March 26, 2022.

Robert Solano and two others were later arrested in connection with her death. On March 24 of this year, Solano pleaded guilty in Denver District Court to a charge of second-degree murder. As a result of the plea, a first-degree murder charge and an abuse of a corpse charge were dismissed…
