Authorities Seek Woman Who Broke Into Colorado Animal Shelter With Skinny Dog

Authorities in Colorado are seeking the public’s help identifying a woman who broke into an animal service building in an apparent attempt to bring in a dog after hours, leading the animal to walk over broken glass but ultimately failing to get inside.

The Arapahoe County Sheriffs Office on Wednesday released a surveillance video of the June 27 incident, and asked for the public’s help identifying the woman.

At around 7 p.m. on June 27, the unidentified woman arrived at the Centennial Animal Services building at 7272 S. Eagle St. in Centennial in a gray four-door sedan. She can be seen outside glass front doors of the building alongside a light-colored Labrador Retriever mix dog that appears thin…
