DA’s office “planning” to drop charges in alleged Aurora kidnapping attempt

DENVER (KDVR) — The 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office stated to FOX31 on Friday, that they plan to “drop charges” against a man for an alleged kidnapping attempt in 2024.

Solomon Galligan, 33, was charged back in April 2024 for one count of attempted kidnapping, after allegedly attempting to grab a 11-year-old boy during recess at Black Forest Hills Elementary School.

Previously, Aurora police told FOX31 that Galligan is a sex offender, whose registry is linked to the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office…
