DENVER (KDVR) — The Thornton Police Department reported that a suspect was in custody and at least one person was injured following a shooting on Tuesday.
The agency said that the shooting was reported in the 11800 block of York Street, which is the location of Walton Heath Park and a few residences. The area is just off of East 120th Avenue in Thornton near the RTD commuter rail line.
