DENVER (KDVR) — The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a Medina Alert in the search for the driver and vehicle that hit a person on a bicycle early Wednesday morning. The vehicle has since been located.
CBI said on Wednesday around 1:30 a.m., a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle in the 2700 block of South Santa Fe Drive. The crash left the bicyclist with serious bodily injury, and the driver left the scene.
Law enforcement asked the public for help in the search for the suspect vehicle, described in the alert as a black 2013 Ford Focus bearing Colorado license plate 814-ZRF, likely with front end damage and leaking fluid…
