Safeway lease terminated; new tenant discussions underway

The 58,580 square-foot space that served as the anchor for the shopping center at 560 Castle Pines Parkway––and which was vacated by the national supermarket chain Safeway more than a decade ago––may soon have a new tenant.

According to Nick Perry, manager and leasing agent at Perry Castle Pines Marketplace LLC (PCPM), the Safeway lease has been terminated.
