BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — Prosecutors filed 40 felony counts Thursday against a former Arvada High teacher accused of filming students and others – some engaged in sex acts – and selling some of the videos on the internet.
Patricio Illanes, 39, appeared in court on a video link from the Boulder County Jail, where he was being held on bail of $50,000.
