DENVER (KDVR/NEXSTAR) – The foodies behind the Michelin Guide are perhaps best known for awarding coveted Michelin stars to some of the finest restaurants across the globe. But just last month, Michelin inspectors compiled a special list to recognize a more specific category of culinary delights: North America’s best sandwiches.
The guide’s inspectors surveyed everything from chomp-worthy cheesesteaks in Philadelphia to jam-packed tortas in Mexico City, eventually settling on a list of seven scrumptious sandwiches they deemed to be the “best” on the continent.
