Snow expected to move into Denver Friday afternoon

Meteorologists expect a light afternoon snowfall to take aim at Denver on Friday.

The National Weather Service in Boulder said snow is likely to begin falling mainly after 2 p.m. in Denver as a weak storm system moves in, but don’t expect too much accumulation. Less than an inch is expected to stick.

The chance for snow in Denver sits at about 60% during the day and drops to about 40% overnight Friday in to Saturday, meteorologists said…
