GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — A September 2024 study found enough vehicles passed through the intersection of East Belleview Avenue and South Franklin to justify installation of traffic lights, according to documents obtained by 9NEWS Investigates.
That study was prompted by a push from Gerry Goldberg to get signals installed there after his wife, Andie, was hit by a car and killed at the intersection while she was out for a jog.
