DENVER (KDVR) — Some big changes could be coming to downtown Denver, after the city’s Downtown Development Authority approved two major projects to help revitalize the area.
One of the projects approved is to change an office building that has been in the city for decades, and is now looking to be converted into a residential place.
The building looking to make the change is the High Fidelity Plaza building located at 621 and 633 17th St. in downtown Denver. It was built back in the mid-1900’s, and a once office space now sits almost 100% vacant…
