Harshad Dharod, the CEO of Sun Gir Incorporated, is looking to close 10 locations of the fast food chain and sell 49 in California amid Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, according to a spokesperson for National Franchise Sales, the firm handling the sales.

The spokesperson said Dharod will close “10 underperforming stores that wouldn’t likely sell,” while National Franchise Sales has been engaged by the bankruptcy court to handle the sale of the other 49 units. Per the company, there is “a lot of interest” from potential buyers for the 49 stores…
