$85K reward offered in unsolved 2016 killing of 4-year-old Altadena boy

Los Angeles County authorities are renewing their call for information in the killing of a 4-year-old Altadena boy, 10 years after he was fatally struck by a stray bullet.

Salvador Esparza was struck by a stray bullet on July 5, 2016, and later died. Investigators said someone was being chased through the family’s yard when gunshots were fired. Salvador was standing in the doorway of his home when he was hit.
