Two suspects were arrested in connection with a series of costly retail thefts targeting businesses across Southern California.
Authorities identified the suspects as Geradin Gonzalez Morales, 33, of Van Nuys, and Johana Catalina Vargas Rodriguez, 32, of North Hollywood.
