Multiple cars were disabled with flat tires on the southbound 405 Freeway in Encino, causing major traffic delays in the area Monday morning.
The incident was reported around 5:30 a.m. at Mulholland Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol’s traffic log. The damage was reportedly being caused by some metal rods in the middle of the roadway.
