LAPD issues tactical alert due to street takeover; hundreds reportedly detained

The Los Angeles Police Department issued a tactical alert early Saturday morning after a large street takeover.

It is believed that hundreds, including spectators, were detained or arrested, with dozens of cars said to have been towed.
