Murder charges have been dismissed against a former LA businessman who is accused of orchestrating two murders-for-hire more than a decade ago.
Richard Wall Sr. was extradited earlier this year from Montenegro, and the LA County District Attorney’s Office said Monday an extradition agreement had made it impossible for the prosecution to continue on the murder counts.
