Police are searching for a gunman who opened fire in the parking lot of a McDonald’s in Huntington Park, leaving a victim in critical condition Thursday night.
The shooting was reported around 8:15 p.m. outside the McDonald’s in the 2300 block of East Florence Avenue, near Santa Fe Avenue, a Huntington Park Police Department spokesperson confirmed to KTLA.
Responding officers found a victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Video from the scene showed officers performing life-saving measures on the unidentified victim before the person was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
