Birkenstock 1774 is dropping a two-part collection titled “Eternal Sunshine,” which is inspired by the electric energy of Los Angeles.
Capturing the essence of the city, the two-part collection will be released in two edits, one in June and the other in August. The collection features some of Birkenstock’s most iconic silhouettes, like the Arizona and Madrid, updated in new fabrications and finishes, including leather piping and dynamic monochromatic buckles.
Pulling nostalgic inspiration from Southern California, the collection mixes retro with modern, contrasting rustic with pop by using specialized techniques and a repertoire of shapes and fabrics that revamp and renew each footwear silhouette for 2024. Colorways featured in the duel drop include refreshing citrus hues mixed with shades of blue, olive and burgundy that evoke memories of endless summers spent under the sun
