Drunken Attacker Stabs Taco Truck Employee in Mission Hills

MISSION HILLS, LOS ANGELES, Dec. 20 (KNN) — A drunk suspect and taco truck employee were involved in an altercation, leaving both with stab wounds overnight in Mission Hills.

Police responded to reports of a stabbing near Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Chatsworth Street overnight. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim suffering from stab wounds.

While canvassing the area, Los Angeles Police Department officers were flagged down one block south of the initial scene for a second stabbing incident involving a suspect.

According to an LAPD sergeant at the scene, a drunken suspect had entered a taco truck, sparking a fight with an employee. The altercation escalated, resulting in both individuals stabbing each other — one with a kitchen knife and the other with a screwdriver.

Both the victim and the suspect were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The LAPD is investigating the incident.
