Los Angeles Duo Arrested for Organized Retail Theft at Camarillo Outlets

Authorities in Ventura County have recently apprehended a pair of thieves with a penchant for concealing stolen goods using girdle-style devices. According to a report released by the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Jose Mujica, 61, and Anyela Corredor-Casallas, 52, both residents of Los Angeles, were arrested on December 17, 2024, following an investigation into a series of thefts at the Camarillo Outlets, with losses estimated around $4,500. The Ventura County Organized Retail Theft Task Force, in coordination with Under Armour’s asset protection team, identified the suspects after a month-long probe into the incidents.
