Judge Refuses to Dismiss Case vs. Nurse Charged with Vehicular Manslaughter

A judge refused Tuesday to dismiss murder and vehicular manslaughter charges against a nurse in connection with a high-speed, fiery crash at a Windsor Hills intersection that killed six people, including an unborn baby.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo turned down a request by Nicole Lorraine Linton’s new attorney, Travis Daily, to set aside the case.

Linton’s attorney argued that what happened was a “catastrophic accident” and that the charges were “not supported by the evidence.”…
