Gunfire erupts after victim run over just steps from L.A. sheriff’s station

Authorities in the Antelope Valley are investigating after gunfire erupted just steps from a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Station.

In a news release Wednesday afternoon, sheriff’s officials said deputies responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the 4400 block of Beech Avenue.

“The location is a barbershop business located approximately 30 feet from Lancaster Sheriff’s Station property line,” the release noted…
