“Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Investigators are announcing they have identified the suspect in the murder of a 61-year-old Asian Male, in the city of Arcadia. Zehao Lu, a 41-year-old, Chinese National, has been identified as the suspect in the homicide. A no bail warrant has been issued for his arrest. Detectives have exhausted all leads and are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Suspect Lu. Suspect Lu is considered to be armed and dangerous and believed to have fled to China.
On March 11, 2025, at approximately 6:26 pm, officers from the Arcadia Police Department responded to the 50 block of Woodland Lane in the city of Arcadia regarding a caller who stated an intruder had entered their home and their father had been shot.
Responding personnel discovered the 61-year-old victim in the location suffering from a gunshot to his torso, they provided medical aid until the arrival of fire personnel.
