Airplane makes emergency landing on iconic PGA Tour, Olympic golf course

An airplane that was scheduled to land at Santa Monica Airport near Los Angeles made an emergency landing on Riviera Country Club on Friday, and incredibly, all three passengers aboard were unharmed and the plane was in good shape.

The incident occurred at approximately just before 1 p.m. near 1250 N. Capri Drive. First responders from both the Los Angeles Fire Department and the Santa Monica Fire Department were quickly on the scene.
