The couple paid $30.5 million for the property in 2023, then renovated it and redid the landscaping. During the January fires, they fled to the Beverly Hills Hotel and later relocated temporarily to London, the English couple said. While their home was spared, two of their children’s schools were destroyed, along with much of their local community in neighboring Pacific Palisades. Ecclestone sold the Manor, the Holmby Hills estate built by television producer Aaron Spelling, for $120 million in 2019 after buying it in 2011 for $85 million. “We’ve kind of got the itch again to do the next one,” he said.
Ecclestone is the daughter of former Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone. She and Palmer sold their previous Brentwood property to onetime Los Angeles Lakers star Russell Westbrook for $33.5 million in 2022. They had purchased it for $22.7 million in 2019…
