The overall “shot caller” of a South Los Angeles street gang is set to be sentenced Monday on federal charges that could bring a lifetime prison sentence.
Eliseo Luna, 50, of South Los Angeles pleaded guilty in March to charges of racketeering conspiracy and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
