Police raid Pacific Palisades home of man accused of impersonating a firefighter

A man was arrested on Wednesday after police and agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives swarmed a Brentwood home.

Law enforcement officials alarmed neighbors along Rockingham Avenue and Sunset Boulevard earlier Wednesday as they arrived to arrest a man accused of impersonating a firefighter during the middle of the Palisades Fire. The Los Angeles Fire Department said the incident occurred on Jan. 16.

Now, the Brentwood resident is facing at least a dozen charges, some for incidents dating back to 2023 and as recent as May of this year. The individual was taken into custody without incident…
