Two hives of bees are living at the top of a parking garage at 2nd and Pacific Coast Highway, an outdoor mall in Long Beach. But don’t worry, the arrival of the bees came at the invitation of the mall’s owner, CenterCal Properties.
The hives were installed by the best bees company, which maintains hives all over the country and uses the data collected from those hives to study bee health.
