A large law enforcement presence descended on San Pedro as they served multiple search warrants Tuesday morning.
Multiple police vehicles were seen outside an apartment complex near 21st and Gaffey streets. Video showed at least three people being detained as the LAPD, FBI and other agencies searched the area.
