BROADWAY-MANCHESTER, LOS ANGELES, Oct. 8 (KNN) – Two people were shot, leaving one fatally wounded in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood within South Los Angeles, Tuesday night.
Los Angeles police officers and firefighters responded to a report of a shooting around 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and 113th Street.
Upon arrival, officers discovered evidence of the shooting and learned that one victim had been taken to a hospital by a private vehicle.
As the investigation continued, officers located an additional victim mid-block on 113th Street. The Los Angeles Fire Department was cleared to enter the scene, and firefighters immediately began performing CPR on the victim.
