A Los Angeles Police Department patrol vehicle appears to have hit a protester in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, resulting in the man’s hospitalization.
According to photojournalist Francisco Lozano, who recorded the video, the police vehicle was near an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center at about 4:30 p.m. when it accelerated through a crowd of protesters.
