Deputies arrested a man who they say threatened an employee while stealing purses from a dd’s DISCOUNTS store in Victorville on Saturday, Nov. 1.
The incident began about 1:35 p.m., when a man walked into the store at Seventh Street and La Paz Drive and stole several handbags, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Jenny Smith.
” As the suspect was leaving, without paying, the employee told the suspect she was calling law enforcement,” Smith said. “The suspect threatened the employee and left the location in a vehicle.”…
