Project Angel Food Distributes $100 Grocery Gift Cards to Clients Impacted by SNAP Benefit Cuts

Project Angel Food has begun distributing $100 Ralphs grocery gift cards to clients who have been affected by recent federal cuts to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, Executive Director Richard Ayoub announced Friday.

“I don’t know if you know this, but as of today, Project Angel Food is delivering $100 grocery gift cards from Ralphs to every client who told us they receive our meals and also SNAP benefits,” Ayoub said. “Because they lost those benefits on Saturday, we started delivering today and will continue through the weekend.”
