Thanksgiving plans were messed up for families in South Los Angeles after a water main broke early Thursday morning.
According to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, a 24-inch pipe burst around 3:30 a.m. on Manchester Avenue at Hoover Street, flooding the area.
