Los Angeles police officers raided a homeless encampment just west of downtown overnight, seizing a large cache of stolen goods and arresting 15 people, officials said.
The operation took place along Wilshire Boulevard and involved officers from the LAPD’s Rampart Division along with L.A. County Probation.
