INGLEWOOD – Inglewood City Attorney Rick Olivarez omitted crucial environmental documents during a scheduled public hearing on eminent domain proceedings on Feb. 10.
The Inglewood City Council voted 4-0 to use eminent domain to seize the Inglewood Shopping Plaza located across the street from the Metro K Line. The City’s action will result in the closure of dozens of small businesses.
