An 18-year-old Los Angeles man was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail Tuesday after being arrested for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a woman in broad daylight on the beach in Santa Monica.
Dartanyan Montgomery was arrested soon after the alleged attack around noon on Friday, according to police and sheriff’s jail records.
