INGLEWOOD – Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts Jr.’s name is becoming synonymous with the number of women-owned businesses that have closed during his tenure.
Mayor Butts has coined the phrase, “The only thing that has changed in Inglewood, is everything,” which sadly includes the closure of longtime businesses owned by women of color.
