Inglewood street vendor facing murder charges

INGLEWOOD – A well-known Inglewood street vendor is facing murder charges in connection to a Jan. 21 shooting in South Los Angeles.

Richard Campbell is known for selling kettle corn and popcorn at the intersection of Van Ness Ave. and Manchester Blvd.
