Officers from the Anaheim Police Department spotted a silver Infiniti sedan traveling at a high rate of speed near Cypress Street and Harbor Boulevard around 12:45 a.m.

When officers attempted to catch up, the driver allegedly accelerated away. Police confirmed that no pursuit was initiated.

Shortly afterward, officers discovered a major crash at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard.
