LUDLOW, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 68-year-old man was killed Monday in a solo-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 40 in Ludlow.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Voskanian, Vigen K., a resident of Montebello. Coroner records stated he was found on the roadway.
