A California family filed a lawsuit against a popular kebab restaurant chain after their child was hospitalized during a confirmed E. coli outbreak linked to grilled beef kofta sold in Los Angeles, attorneys announced Friday.
The complaint alleges the child, identified in the lawsuit only by the initials J.A.K., ate beef kofta at The Kebab Shop on Los Feliz Boulevard on or around April 1.
