A violent street fight in West Hollywood early Saturday morning left one woman bloodied and reignited concerns about late-night violence in the city’s Rainbow District.
Video captured on Palm Avenue near Santa Monica Boulevard around 1:45 a.m. shows two women exchanging punches on a sidewalk before one woman grabs the other by the hair and throws her to the ground as onlookers watch and react–many of them laughing and cheering.
This had been the third time these two women engaged in a violent physical altercation in West Hollywood’s Rainbow District, said witness Tyler Garrett who shot the footage. “The first two times the gays stopped them,” he said. After that, we all just stopped trying and let them go at it.”…
