A fast-moving brush fire burning near Palmdale has prompted evacuation orders and warnings Saturday.
The “Lemon Fire” ignited just after 2 p.m. near Sierra Highway and Pearlblossom Highway, just south of Palmdale and had burned about 50 acres.
By 4:45 p.m., the blaze had grown to 190 acres with 22% containment, according to Cal Fire. By 8 p.m., the blaze grew to 300 acres…
