A Southern California man accused of killing his girlfriend, then going to Mexico with his five year old daughter, has been taken into custody, and the little girl is fine.
40 year old Ruben Fregoso is charged with murder by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Last month, Frregoso’s girlfriend was found dead inside a home, and Fregoso was identified as a person of interest.
