A petition calling for justice for an elderly Chihuahua that was allegedly beaten at a busy West Hollywood intersection has drawn nearly 1,000 signatures as supporters urge prosecutors to seek the maximum penalty against the man charged in the case.
The online petition follows our report on the June 22 arrest of Richard William Caamano, 55, who is accused of physically abusing the elderly dog in West Hollywood on Holloway Drive near the Sunset Strip.
